Colloquio
Had 2 interviews. First was a general screening call and the second was more of a verbal quiz than actual interview. I thought I did well, held my ground and thought I left a good impression with the interviewer. Guess Not. I wrote my thank you note and didn't hear back (not that I expected to at this point). 2 weeks later i follow up with the recruiter and he responds almost immediately. That made me feel like i was still in the running. But another 2 weeks later, I got an email telling me they had cancelled the position. Well, I was fine with that until I saw another position about 2 weeks later. Same exact job description; different title. Whatever.

This was within the Operations command center. Multiple steps:
1) phone screen by recruiter
2) group phone interview by hiring manager and team members (1 hour)
3) 30 min phone interview by stakeholders
I had accepted another offer at this point and withdrew myself from the process.

HR contacted for initial screening. Had a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager after a few weeks. Heard back after 2 weeks that I am being invited for in-person interview on campus. A total of 6 people from the team interviewed me. Everyone sounded very positive. Hiring manager informed that I would know within 2 weeks. What was ridiculous was I never heard either ways even after 5-6 weeks. I followed up with the HR and hiring manager several times. The worst was that they kept telling me they were interested but never made an offer. Extremely slow. HR seems a little clueless as to what the next steps are. They are not prompt in responding. From my experience the whole experience took more than 10 weeks and still I dont have an answer. Decided to pursue another offer in hand.
