I applied for the position on the Vivint website. I was contacted for a phone interview. This went fine and I was contacted for an in-person interview at the office. The interview consisted of three separate interviews with different members of the online marketing team.
I received an email from the HR rep before the in-person interviews with instructions to complete a case file. The time estimated to complete the file was estimated at 2-3 hours.
One interview was with the manager and another was with two analysts from the SEO team. These interviews were fine and nothing unexpected. The third interview, with the PPC analysts, was more in-depth. I was shown reporting for the past six weeks and was asked to make recommendations for improving the online campaign. The manager asked most of the questions while the other employee played on his phone. Half way through the interview, he put his head on the table as if he were about to take a nap. This was very unprofessional and did not leave me with a good impression.
