Initially, it was group discussion where in we were provided 5 words and a story needs to be formed around the given 5 words with respect to the current context of business or anything creative. Based on the Group Discussion, a few candidates were selected for interview. Some of the questions asked in the interview were:Tell me about yourself. Looking for P-O fit. What do u think is your greatest achievement till now in your life and why?

I applied online. The interview was fun and relatively easy.
only some administrative questions were asked at first. I was very comfortable and answered through my experience. A question was asked about creativity and to describe a recent situation where I have been creative.

First you apply online if you get accepted they call you so evaluate your English on the phone if you pass at the end on the phone call they schedule a 3rd interview . The last interview consists of questions to evaluate you as a person
