The hiring manager was late to the 1st phone call. The interview was more like a cross examanation - with the hiring manager trying to type out my answers. Very dsitracting. The interviewer had very little interst in discussing allowing me to discuss my qualifications or what I would bring to the company. I wasn't sure why I was selected for an interview as it was obvious that he had not really read my resume for more that 30 seconds. Probably a good company, but from the interview you would never know it.
