Applied online through their portal. Completed some online psychometric tests followed by the offer of an interview at their head office. The interview consisted of a presentation for 15 minutes, followed by a practical assessment, followed by a competency based interview.

Interview process was very straight forward. I had an initial call with a recruiter who invited me to an assessment centre. There were around 10 other candidates & we had to participate in a group activity, data activity and a 121 interview.
