Real simple, I talked to the store manager and we went in the office where she asked me a few questions and why I feel like I’m good for the position. Interview itself took about 10-15 minutes.

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
