interview was scenario based. I interview with one person. There were several other interviewing at the same time with different people. Lasted about 20 minutes. Interview has specific questions and wrote down your responses. Be prepared to answer several scenario based questions. Arrive early and dress to impress. Business atire recommended
Was able to schedule my interviews quickly and they were very responsive to emails. They asked very basic questions about your background as well as your motivations for applying. The recruiters were very nice and easy to talk to.
There were behavior based interview questions, tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses. Usually with a pharmacy and store manager. Maybe with a district manager. A tour is given if interview is in person.
Interview process was really easy - they ask basic questions for any normal pharmacist job and a routine screening. I worked at Walgreens as an intern for most of my college years so there wasn't much additional screening for hiring as a pharmacist.
