Il colloquio si è svolto un po' in inglese e un po' in italiano. La parte iniziale e più corposa verteva sul candidato, sui suoi hobby e sulle sue esperienze lavorative. Poi si è passati ad un test di inglese, molto semplice, pratico e veloce, su PC.

2 interviews - one with the supervisor and the other with the centre director of the centre. The whole process is in English and standard questions like self-introduction were asked. It was mentioned that it would be mostly administrative work for the job

Easy to go through and were asked questions related to the TEFL industry and so on. Also, I was on-boarded properly and given so much materials for self study and get introduced to the WSE methodology

Wasting time. basically their mgt inside is quite mess up. you go through some emails with the HR, then you land your 1st interview in a center. after meeting the manger and the center director , you r called to have a second interview with another center. full of miscommunication between centers and their HR office.
