Set up a interview online was called in and interviewed by the district manager at his "home store".
We talked about by background, retail experience, and other related topics. I was told that there were other stores looking nation wide and that it the opportunities for advancement were best on the east coast.

Where do you see yourself working within the company in 5 years.
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company
