The conversations at all stages were very pleasant, polite, and without needless pressure. The ice breakers at the beginning of each interview were much appreciated and it's actually the company's internal culture that was described to me that made me really wanna work at Wargaming.

Colloquio
The interview was in relaxed atmosphere. I answered questions about my experience, then I answered technical questions and at finish I asked my questions. Basically technical questions related to computer science and object-oriented programming.
