It was a 3 round of interviews (2 managers and 1 controller). It was situational questions and one of the managers asked the usual accounting technical questions. The 1st manager was very friendly and wanted to win me (since I told her I was interviewing other places too).

First spoke with the HR/Recruiter for 15~ minute on the phone. One week later I did a first round 45 minute virtual interview with the hiring manager. It felt pretty casual with a mix of questions about my background/future, behavioral questions, and technical questions. Then a week later did a second round virtual interview with the director on the team. Likewise felt pretty casual with a mix of questions about my background, what I'm looking for, and behavioral questions. After this I was completely ghosted with no updates or official rejection, even after reaching out to the recruiter with no response. Feels unprofessional to ghost after the amount of time and attention given in the interview process.

I first did a video interview. It was simple and to the point. I was asked 9 questions in 30 minutes. Words of advice are to prepare, smile and don't be nervous.
