Skype interview generally looking for interest in the position and a few questions. Mostly just trying to see if you fit with the department. This was followed by a 2 day in-person interview meeting a variety of faculty member and administrators. Ended with an hour long research talk.

It went very well. I got the verbal offer the very next day. They are willing to negotiate the offer too. The best interview I have ever had. I wished to go there but another offer that comes with better package.
