It was my first interview in a long time and after going through a lot more companies i would like to say the professionalism of Wayfair was the best. I had an initial phone screen and then a coding phone interview. I was able to answer only 1 of the coding interview questions and was not surprised to get rejected. Best part of that was that the recruiter wanted to have a phone call to explain me the reason for my rejection and he also mentioned I could apply once more when I see a suitable position. I dont think any employer in this day would make that effort to setup a phone call just to tell the reason for rejection. Hats off to Wayfair and would love to work with them in future.
