First round is an online assessment. The second round is a Zoom interview from one people from the team. It seemed that the team was experiencing some kind of chaos. It's very hard to get an interview scheduled. It seems that team members were super busy. My interview has been postponed for a couple of times. I feel the company or at least the team didn't taken the internship seriously. Even this experience was just about one team, I probably won't think about working at Wayfair again.

They give you a case and you need to say how you would solve it. You can ask questions and they give you through it. It is usually a problem they already encountered
