A recruiter reached out and you have to take an analytical test and pass, if you pass you get an interview. The communication was terrible with Waymo, I was scheduled for an interview and they didn’t call/email then I was rescheduled twice by the recruiter and same thing happened. When waymo finally decided to call me unscheduled, I wasn’t prepared. They told my recruiter I was unorganized and not prepared and they don’t want to continue with me. Glad I didn’t get the job due to Waymo not being organized, I can only imagine how everyday would’ve been like.
