Professional and friendly. A recruiter called after I applied which took approx 30 minutes. I then had a phone interview with the hiring manager which went well and lasted about the same time. Was called to set up a day and time to come in for an interview - it lasted 2+ hours with 4 different people one person at a time.
Stop wasting job applicants time with these phony interviews !!! If you want your managers to practice their interview skills practice on your own employees. People who may be out of work don't have time to waste on this BS. People spend a lot of time, energy and money preparing for legitimate interviews. Has it occurred to you that while you're wasting a job applicants time (so your people can practice interviewing) their time could have been better spent applying to a company that respects peoples time, who knows how difficult it is to be unemployed and that an unemployed persons time is precious. If you understand the stress of being unemployed and that one day or even 2+ hours wasted is a wasted opportunity to find employment then stop with this selfish practice!
