My interview process consisted of a phone interview with the Design Director, followed by a phone interview with the Creative Director, followed by a conference call with the Design Director, CD, and copywriter. I was interviewing from out of state so our interview had an extra phone interview and in place of the in-person interview, we did a video conference call. Had I continued the next step would have been in person flying out to NY.
