I had an interview with the recruiter, followed by interviews with staff on the team. It was a long interview process. Most of the questions focused on management style, past work experience, career goals and some skills-based questions among others. Interviewers were open about the day-to-day of the person in this role and workplace culture.
There were some occasions when the recruiter was very dry and brief in responses to my follow-up questions. I got an offer and rejected it as they were unwilling to negotiate salary. There are other companies that offer better pay and benefits.

The interview was conducted in a Group of 3 people over Google meet. The interview was about 1 hour. Each person took turns asking questions. They asked process questions and behavior questions

Surprised about this place. I had an interview with hiring manager which went great. They had me do an Excel exercise which I did great on. They had me interview again with the hiring manager, why? Then had me interview with team members who all seemed receptive and liked my background. The hiring mgr said they would get back in a "few days", those few days turned into more than a week. So I followed up with HR, and they swiftly said they're going with others candidates and good luck. After all that interviewing and excel work. Thanks for absolutely nothing WebMD. Really sour interview experience.
