Online Application, Video Production, 1st round interview with managers, Writing Test and Final interview with seniors. It took more than a month after i sent my initial application that they got back to me. They appeared unorganised when they apologized for not getting back to me sooner. The subsequent interview process was fine, not to difficult. For the writing test I was asked to write a press release and a short paragraph on a topic that I liked. The final round was a disappointment. Once again everything appeared unorganised. There were supposed to be 5 to 6 seniors that would interview me in the form of a panel interview. However, when i arrived there were only 3 and the first thing they said was "we don't have a lot of time, so we have to shorten the interview to 20min". During the shortened interview, one of the seniors on the left was on his phone, which i naturally found disturbing and quiet offensive. The worst part of the entire process is that they still have not gotten back to me with any feedback on my last interview. Its been more than 3 months and and despite having asked for an update numerous times, I am yet to receive a phone call or email. The time and effort I put into my video application, written application, 1st round interview, writing test and final interview was a complete waste of time. I cannot describe the experience in any other way than extremely unprofessional.
