They do a phone interview twice, then in person with 2 people, the recruiter has never done warehouse work so has no idea what qualifies you to work in one. It's all about how good you interview so put on a big fake smile. I had my offer rescinded because my consumer report did not match up exactly to my application.

I had a 3 part interview process. First was a basic phone interview. Second I was scheduled for an interview with HR department where they asked me basically the same questions as they did over the phone. Last I had an interview with a department manager.
