I was called and set up a time and came in for an interview. During the interview I felt rushed! The woman interviewing me didn't even let me finish filling out my job application. At the time they only offered a match of two percent for the 401K plan. They were offering me 10 or 15 cents more an hour than what I was making currently in a smaller market! It was like $12.00 an hour. I couldn't believe it! In a city as expensive as Chicago they expect you to live on that! What a joke! When she took me on a tour it was very rushed. The equipment looked outdated and old. The building also looked outdated. She introduced me to some employees. One employee she talked to she asked the employee how she was feeling? This employee must have been out sick. When the employee answered she answered in tone that wasn't pleasant. Like what do you care? When the interview was over the woman walked me to the door and said she would call me when she made a decision. I never got a call!! How inconsiderate and rude!! I am glad I have never been employed with Weigel Broadcasting! I would hate to think how they treat there employees!
