I first heard about internship opportunities at WeightNot from my university's career fair. I was optimistic because it was the only paid internship I was able to find within driving distance. When I had received a call from their HR rep, she asked me for an interview and told me to look over their product's information and process which was nice but not really needed as we did not really talk about it during my interview with her. After having a brief 15 minute interview regarding the position and whether or not I would be a good fit, she had asked me to go home and submit another writing sample from one of my classes. I did this immediately and never got a response email. When I emailed again inquiring the status of my application/interview, I again, never got a response. There was no call or anything regarding what happened from the time I left the interview to the time I sent an email with another writing sample. This is a startup company and definitely should not be starting on this foot of unprofessionalism.
