Received a call about weeks after applying. Had a mini interview with the HR recruiter which went really well. An interview with the hiring manager was scheduled for a few days later but I had to cancel it at the last minute. They were very understanding and I was able to reschedule for the following week. The interview was very informal and comfortable. The Manager did a lot of talking about the position and the company; she only asked me a couple questions. It seemed like she already knew she would hire me based on my resume but the interview was a formality. I received an offer about three business days later.

The interview started with phone interview with a recruiter to find out more about your background the conversation is easy, then you move to a recorded interview with a few questions that is sent to hiring manager, then an on-site interview. This does have a lot of questions but the weren’t hard on me answer then freely and honestly they understand there are a lot.

Telephone interview with Amie Mahan. The interview was completed via telephone & went very well. Amie was extremely nice & explained the entire hiring process. She also explained the follow-up interview as well as the onboarding.

The interview was presented in a panel format that consisted of 3 supervisors. Each supervisor introduced themselves. Taking turns, the supervisors provided job description content, expectations, and benefits information before asking a behavior-based question.
