Phone interview first about 30 minutes. I didn't make it past this because the interviewer felt that I wouldn't be a good match based on my lack of enthusiasm. He cut the interview short after asking me two questions. The first question was "can you explain your resume/experience/education to me?" The second question was, "why do you want to work for wells fargo and why this job?" He said there would be some technical questions but I didn't make it that far.
