Included multiple phone screenings and an in-person half day interview with behavioral, technical, case, and fit components. All employees I interacted with were nice and gave me the impression I was an excellent candidate. However, the recruiter did not follow up with me, which I consider unprofessional.

Colloquio
I met one of the recruiters during a Career Fair at my school. I received an automated message that my resume was being reviewed 2 days and was then contacted by email by an actual recruiter the next day. She scheduled a phone screen with me and promptly responded to find a time that worked for both of us (very flexible and considerate of my schedule). The phone call was very simple and had me talk about my interests with West Monroe and answer a few HR questions. The phone call seemed more focused on addressing my questions and finding the specific team that would fit my specific skills and interests.
After this interview, I scheduled an interview with a member of their Advanced Analytics team. This interview was very informal and the interviewer was very easy to talk to. He talked about the work he does on a day to day basis and asked me questions about my previous projects and work I had done at different internships. He was very considerate and attentive to my experiences.
The interview process culminated in a 4-hour long interview at the West Monroe Office in Chicago. The interview was split into 5 separate one on one interviews each of which was outlined for me on an itinerary (which had the names and times of each of the interviews). The first interview was conducted by a member of the HR team and they asked basic behavioral questions. The next interview was a short interview with one of the Vice Presidents of the company and he just took the time to get to know me as a person and my specific. I was then taken to lunch by one of the members of the Advanced Analytics team who answered all of my questions about West Monroe. Afterwards, I had my technical interview with one of their principal engineers who mainly asked me about by background and accessed me skills with databases. I then was asked to do a case interview with one of their managers who was very helpful and guided me through the process (this was my first case interview and the manager was very accomdating). Lastly, I met again with my recruiter who asked me a few quick HR questions and gave me a tour of the offce. After the interview I was asked to write a one page summary about the case interview and send it back to the recruiter.
Overall the process was good and very streamlined.
