What can I say as such managers are sitting there to create the fault in your any statement.

I had the similar experience & I can only say that such companies are feeding these sick managers to exploit the actual ground force. I can only suggest not to try for such companies if you have another options. All these companies together make a nexus to trap the engineers & feed on them.
