What are your negative traits?
Anonimo
I feel this question in an interview is never answered honestly. When interviewing the person always wants to leave with the interviewer having only written positive comments on the note pad. The last thing you want is it to have anything negative that they use as leverage either for salary or for weighing you against another candidate. So who is going to fully answer it honestly? The fact remains people don't really want honesty. So if you are an open-book and willing to fully disclose your short-comings but the other person is able to fake it - then who is the better candidate? The liar who has a good answer or the honest person who just shared his true short-comings?
