I honestly didnt have any experience. I had worked in a University call center before, and had a lot of Customer Service experience. I explained that I had an ability to learn well and quickly. All of the things I have done, I learned on the job. With some extra effort I could learn here too. My Strengths Finder testing showed I had an aptitude for a high learning curve when starting something new. I believe that with this, and a more amiable personality, they hired me.
