recruiter basically tries to find out what your passionate about, what your values are, and tries to play to that, way over the top and a lot of embellishments about the companies accolades, status in the community, be your own boss and build your business baloney, etc. kind of a waste of time if you're seeking a real career employment.
They will hire anyone with a pulse, its not skin of their back if you don't "work out"

Typical interview process. Three interviews in total. Everyone I encountered there were thoughtful and respectful. I think it would be an awesome place to work but ultimately I decided to take another offer with a more stable income.
