Submitted on-line application. Response for interview was quick. Local meeting with team leader was standard...no surprise questions. Then, after followup calls, was told the job(s) was/were filled internally. But, here's the best part. Rec'd emails indicating "these" other jobs matched my qualifications...I responded by clicking "yes". No favorable response. Next, they did something interesting. An interview workshop. 20 people, divided into teams...given a retail issue to address and determine the best solution...then, present to the group...every team leader circulated the floor, taking notes and talking among themselves. After several days, finally got a call indicating I was one of the chosen few.

It was an ok experience. I had to wait like 15-20 minutes late because of a meeting that the hiring manager had to attend, but other than that, it was a good experience.

Easy, one behavioral interview with common questions. Perfect for students or part time workers. Asked abut life and my interests. The lady called back to tell me I got the job. It took a while for them to put. my information in the system though.
