Applied online and with in on week got a call from the payroll specialist on a Wednesday. She did a pre-screen telephone interview. Asked about my schedule since I am a student. I believe that was her main concern because not much more was asked. She then made an appointment for a 1on1 interview with the Team Leader for that Friday. She stated that I didnt have to wear a suit to the interview, it can be casual (stated khaki and a polo as an example). I dressed a little above casual for the interview on Friday. Met with the Team Leader in the cafe. She asked about me. I told her my career was customer service orientated. Also threw in my interest in organic and how I contribute to green causes.She was very laid back and we even talked of the weather etc. I had a feeling that it went really well. But I usually always nail the interview. Getting the interview is the hard part. Got a call on Sunday with a job offer, and I accepted. I have read many of the reviews and I am hoping this store is not reflective of some of the others. Keeping my fingers crossed.
