I applied online, I got a telephone call with a manager a few days later with simple questions about availability and right to work in the Uk. I then got an interview in person with the Area Manager in London. They asked me lot of examples about how to cope with a rude customer, how to work well in a team, which kind of standards I am used to follow etc.

You complete an online application with multiple choice that show your personality, work style and decision making skills, and then scenario based questions. If you pass that, the next and last stage is an interview.
