Professional and personable. It was a nice experience, I was hired realtively quickly, and enjoyed the hiring process and the district manager was thoughtful and nice. It was an all around positive experience.
Interview started with an introduction of oneself. Informal Overview of position, expectations, and daily operations. No formal questions asked. Lasted approx. 1 hour from start to finish. One-on-one interview. Very comfortable atmosphere. I'm sure individual experiences will depend on the interviewer.
