Interview was through phone. Interviewer asked for my knowledge of Wolf Trap, what kind of performing arts I enjoy. Interviewer then ask me to guide them through my works/portfolio, and ask me about how I would handle when certain issues arise.

Super relaxed, easy interview. Flowed more like a conversation. They are very good at interviewing here and make you feel confident in your answers. I interviewed once on Zoom and then received an offer a week or so later.
