I applied online through a link in their posting to a system called HireSelect. I took the assessments (4), uploaded my resume, and answered a few additional questions.
In a few days, I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview with the Operations Manager. I was told that I would be contacted an answer either way, which was reassuring since I don't like to be left hanging.
Within a few days, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The interview consisted of the Customer Service Manager, Business Manager, and HR Assistant. All three took turns asking questions, none of which were too personal or intentionally tried to trip me up. We all had a few laughs here and there - they made me feel at ease. Again, I was promised a follow-up either way.
I ended up being offered the position. I accepted within one day and have been here ever since!
