Applied in February and took around 3 weeks for an initial email and had to fill-out a questionnaire. I waited 2 weeks for a phone interview with HR and another 3 weeks with the Marketing Manager. After 2 weeks I finally met with the VP and was given a verbal offer the following day.

It was pretty much like a chat during the final interview and it wasn't very difficult. I would advise behaving professionally and don't be afraid to show your real passion.
