Colloquio
- 3 Phone screens (1 was recruiting agency, 1 with CTO, 1 with CEO).
- 5 Onsite Interviews (Product, technical deep dive, people management role play, system design, culture)
- Very thorough. The role play was my favorite. Two "actors" acted as two engineers who had a conflict and I got a resolve the conflict.
