Long application with cover letter. It took around 3 months to review and then an assessment. After the assesment I received a message for am interview the next day. The interview was ok but it has been 6 months, I have sent follow ups and no replies, ghosting. I know a couple people with the same experience. The candidate experience is terrible, I stopped giving donations to these kind of international organizations given the lack of transparency and lack of professionalism.

It is cool just a aptitude test (must be ready) as the interview is somehow challenging. I have not yet heard from them since I did the aptitude test. No feedback yet.

It was very essay. There were 5 panel members. Each asked a question. They were very opened during the interview. They recommended that I asked them to repeat the questions.

Interviewers were kind but they never give feedback. They just ghost you without valuing your time. Questions asked are from the JD and if you have prepared well you get them right. However sometimes it feels like the interviews are just for formality.
