30 minute competency interview, asked 4 questions in total. The UN published all of their competency frameworks and relevant questions, and these were also relevant for an interview with the WHO. Make sure you look online for these to prepare.

Very fair process - consisted of 3 hour assignment, interview and presentation. Process was good, quite technical but did ask a few organisational question - did not take long to get offer.
