I applied via LinkedIn because I matched with the position. I received an email, scheduled and performed a phone interview with the HR recruiter. After the phone interview, I was invited to an in-person interview with two of the SEO team members. The invitation email was very detailed with a map, and the names and titles of my interviewers. The post in-person interview response was fast, and I was told to expect a development project to proceed. The project they gave me was challenging, and allowed for me to learn and craft a solution using my own approach. Overall, the HR recruiter was patient and highly responsive in following up, sending next steps, and answering questions. I believe the interview process including the project presented a fair opportunity to access my skills and problem-solving abilities. 10/10, would apply again.
