I received an email from the Call Center Supervisor asking if I would like to come in for an interview. The email came about 2 weeks after I submitted my online application via indeed.com. The interview has both Call Center managers present and they ask a series of questions, mostly about your experiences and a ton of "tell me about a time" requests.
