First it began with a phone interview to screen me into the next step. I was asked my availability for a face to face meeting and then was sent a time that was not within the time slots I gave. The recruiter who had been the liaison of the interview seemed very short and not forthcoming with details. The first real interview was over Zoom, and the woman I spoke to was very nice and welcoming. She asked me to go through my resume with no prompted questions, asked what my ideal work to life balance looks like, and what the job would entail on a daily basis. I thought the interview went very well, I was left hopeful and sent a thank you letter back to the recruiter and then was given a very short reason as to why I wasn't chosen or what about the interview was the reason I was not given the opportunity.
