Brief interview with HR over phone. In person interview at office. Offer was made 3 days later. wasn't difficult or anything you wouldn't expect. Background and drug test. Started within 2 weeks of initial interview.
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, had an in-person interview with the Sales Manager and then a second interview where I job shadowed the other Sales Reps. After accepting the job I had to take a drug test at a facility.

I had my resume submitted through a recruiter. It was a smooth process. Still salty about the result though, as it appears to have been for a petty reason. My answer to the question below was the reason I was not hired.
