Colloquio
After the CV screen stage invitations to a technical test are sent out, the test isn't too hard and consisted of writing multiple SQL queries, a simple program in a language of your choice and multi choice questions on web development. Brush up on your SQL skills on HackerRank as well as your web development/inline Javascript/HTML skills too. The next stage is an automated video interview if you pass the tech test and then after reviewing your application further you will be invited to a graduate testing/activities day in Wellington if successful.

Colloquio
Xero grad day had a fun presentation that we could prepare before hand, a catch up/tour with a Xero ambassador, and a behavioral interview. Felt like a big day but it was fun to learn about technical challenges through the presentation brief we got assigned to.

Behavioural -> technical -> video interview -> assessment centre.
Video interview consists of 5 questions, each with a lot of preparation time. These questions are all behavioural and would be good to use the STAR technique.
