Interview went smoothly, liked the team who interviewed me. Worst experience with HR/Technical recruiter. They never followed through, and answered about my interview process outcome. I interviewed with other company, and was closed to getting an offer from them, but Xilinx was my first choice. I asked Recruiter for the outcome, and they said they will let me know in a week. 3 weeks passed by, still did not hear from them. I accepted the offer from other company. I feel it was not a good ethic, and gesture from the recruiter. At least they should have let me know either way, "Yes" or "No". I would never work for such company. Too bad the company executive won't know about this experience.
