Overall it was a good experience about hiring & interview process. Chances are more where we can learn/update as per the latest trends/technologies and we can upgrade skill sets. Totally had 3 technical rounds which were scheduled flexibly as per the request & Specially there was no delay in giving feedback.

My experience interviewing at YML was rather horrible. The person interviewing me was late and unprepared. He told me that he only hires people that can think, and if I won’t be hired that’s not because I don’t know someone, but because I can’t think. I told him that I lost the job because of Covid, and he commented that loosing a job is ok, if I’m a good professional I’ll easily find a new job, but if I’m not - I shouldn’t have been hired in a first place. Who says things like that, especially during the interview. I asked a handful of questions about the position, culture, etc - none of them were answered. The interview ended and I didn’t even know what was the role about. After the interview no one followed up, which is good because I obviously didn’t want to continue the conversation and already signed an offer at much better/stable company.
