Spoke with recruiter at a career fair and handed in my resume. Was contact a few weeks later to set up a phone interview. First round interviewed with a Software Engineer. Asked basic front end questions regarding HTML,CSS,Javascript. Was contacted immediately to set up second round phone interview. Spoke with Hiring Manager and was not asked any technical questions. Only web optimization questions and culture/personal work questions

It was medium level interview. The interviewers were very responsive and friendly. They concentrated more on approach rather than optimisation. In the end, I was able to come up with an optimised solution.
