Applied online and was contacted a few weeks later by a recruiter who set up a series of two phone interviews. Was then contacted within a week for an in-person interview with 4 different managers and offered a position within two weeks afterward. This interview process went smoothly and I was impressed with my recruiter who always got back to me with any questions.
