Originally applied for a Data position however recruiter suggested another position. Recommendation was a better fit.
Two Interviews:
1) With HR and the hiring manager.
2) Hiring manager, HR, and direct reporting team leader.
Vibe was calm and relaxed more of a conversation and a getting to know each other than an interrogation. More technical and scenario questions with the second interview on how I would handle situations with upset clients or troubleshoot an issue not familiar with.

-Assessment was sent & completed before the recruiter screening
-Recruiter screen
-Panel interview
-Notified they would like to move forward the following day & asked to fill background check paper work
-Conditional offer letter the following day
-Background check cleared

After application, I got back from a HR from US advising about how much they're paying for the role and if i still wanted to proceed. Below average pay.
That was the first red flag. they want someone with multiple skills but put an associate title with below average pay.
The HR asked if i come one site for interview. Asked her if remote is possible instead. Still went for an interview on site (second red flag). the HR herself joined remotely when i went onsite.
i could sense hesitation after i said my salary expectations which was only 80k BTW.
a week later, got a rejection email and their job listing is still up there.

I had a brief screening call with their US based recruiters, before meeting with the hiring manager and other team members, and finally meeting with the hiring manager and a senior leader. All interviews were conducted remotely.
