Interviewer told me he didnt feel like turning his camera on.
Then told me that the Account Management role does not include commission of any kind, just the base salary. I asked what my incentive is to close deals there, if I am not getting paid on them and they tried to tell me about all their perks and how I would be saving money on healthcare and gas.
I get it. But you really need all your sales positions to get some type of commission moving forward. You are losing a lot of potential hires due to this.
